JustPlaneHosting (“JPH”) is a service of Climb and Maintain, SPC, a Washington social purpose corporation.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Payment Information
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors.
JPH may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, transaction identifier, billing name, or limited payment-method information.

2. Customer-Hosted Data
JPH hosts data selected and controlled by our customers.
Depending on the customer's website or application, that data may include information about the customer's own users.
For that information, the JPH customer generally determines what data is collected and why.
JPH processes hosted data as necessary to provide hosting, backup, security, troubleshooting, and related services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own websites and applications comply with privacy laws applicable to them.

JPH websites and customer-management systems may use cookies or similar browser storage needed for functions such as:
- Maintaining login sessions.
- Account security.
- Remembering preferences.
- Shopping-cart and checkout functionality.

7. Legal Requests
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, statute, or other lawful process.
Where legally permitted and reasonably practical, we may notify the affected customer before producing customer information.
We may also disclose information when necessary to address fraud, abuse, immediate threats to safety, or attacks against JPH or others.

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of JPH.
However, no hosting service, network, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers should use strong unique passwords, enable multifactor authentication where available, and protect credentials associated with their accounts.
10. Data Breaches
If JPH experiences a security breach involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
We may also take actions such as requiring password changes, disabling compromised credentials, or temporarily restricting affected systems.
11. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact us to request reasonable access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your JPH account.
Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
12. Health and Medical Applications
JPH is a hobby and aviation-focused hosting service.
JPH services may not be used to host electronic medical record systems, electronic health record systems, clinical practice-management systems, or other applications primarily intended to create, store, process, or manage medical or health information.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the application contains real, synthetic, demonstration, educational, or test data.
JPH does not offer HIPAA-compliant hosting or services intended for regulated healthcare workloads.
Applications that fall outside the intended scope of JPH services, including unusually resource-intensive applications, may be refused or removed even when their use would otherwise be lawful.
13. Children's Privacy
JPH customer accounts and purchases are intended for adults capable of entering into a contract.
JPH does not knowingly operate its own services for the purpose of collecting personal information from children under 13.
Customer websites hosted by JPH are operated by their respective customers, who are responsible for their own compliance with laws governing children's information.
14. International Users
JPH is operated from the United States.
If you use JPH from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers.
Customers who require services subject to a particular country's or region's data-localization or privacy requirements should determine whether JPH is appropriate for their needs before placing regulated information on the service.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change.
The current version will be posted with its effective date.
If a change materially affects how existing customer personal information is used, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
